Private Lessons

While most of my students enjoy the energetic atmosphere of my group classes, some opt for private or semi-private lessons.   Privates are great for:

  • Students who can’t attend class on Wednesday nights
  • Students who are shy or prefer to learn one-on-one
  • Getting started between class semesters
  • A “taste of belly dance” mini class series
  • Belly dance “tutoring” on a particular subject
  • Performance coaching

Lessons may be held in Nadira’s Somerville studio, in your home, or in a rented dance studio.
 

Private Lesson Rates:

Private Lesson $60/hr
Semi-Private Lesson
(2-4 students)		 $60/hr for the first student
+ $20/hr per additional student
Travel Fee
(for lessons in your home or a rented studio)		 $10-30, depending on location
(may be waived if Nadira will already be in the neighborhood)
Studio Rentals Typically $15-25/hr, depending on the studio, day of the week, and time of day.
